The SUBHT High Throughput Submarine Gel Electrophoresis Unit is ideal for high throughput screening applications like single strand polymorphism (SSP) analysis following PCR. This  horizontal gel unit can resolve DNA strands from 50–1000 base pairs in 30 minutes and accommodate up to 120 samples.
